Renew Mental Health offers trauma-informed, feminist, and culturally sensitive individual therapy, including EMDR, for adults ages 18+. We believe in creating a safe and comfortable environment for healing, where you have the right to exist, be the expert on your own needs, and have the ability to explore tender areas while feeling free of judgment and in control. We enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and welcomes individuals from all walks of life (ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation.)
